Here, as far as I know, is Final Destination City. A hub of worlds if you may where people from different worlds end up at. [This was of course as far as she knew from her stay here.] You're just in the outskirts of the city and the Academy that seems to be pretty central to all of this.

I myself am not from this world either, but in the meantime, I'm attending said academy.
