She pulls the reigns, bringing the kodo to a halt just in front of the fountain in the courtyard. A few comforting words to the beast in a foreign tongue and she dismounts, pulling a map out of one of the saddlebags to examine.]

A well dressed man floats idly into the courtyard. A light blue aura seems to flicker around him, extending lightly behind his back in two thin lines, like the beginnings of wings.

Coming to rest two meters from the parrot, he cocks his head and points a newly appearing brown glass bottle towards the kodo.

"That's some beast there."

Floating people? That's not really an unusual thing back home in Azeroth, but the almost-wing thing looks nice. The parrot seems less impressed, and it lets out a cranky squawk before shuffling over to Aquenda's other shoulder.

"Behave, you." She clears her throat a little. "That's Pawne! She is..." Slow-witted but obedient? Maybe something more positive. "...Very dependable. But now I wonder if there are stables here."
