no I hate myself
Well, this random visit was already off to a good start. The random new brunette on campus had already achieved one of her goals of seeking out the elusive Green Oak. That had resulted in a surprisingly nice visit, actually. But now that it was done, she was left with two more reasons for being here.
1. Locate the even more elusive Red and drag him out of whatever hole he had barricaded himself in.
2. Check this place out!
Blue had done a lot of traveling, but she was pretty sure the rumours of this place being unlike any other would probably end up being true, even if it didn't look too crazy. There was always more than met the eye.
So there was a girl wandering all over campus, sticking her nose into things that didn't quite concern her and looking to chat with anyone willing! Also staring at cows. She was doing a bit of that too.

"Hey, Blueberry."
He stood a safe distance behind her, swinging a familiar duffel bag like a pendulum at the end of an extended arm.
"You forget something?"
no subject
She turned on her heel, giving the familiar bag the briefest glance before focusing on that smug grin of his. Yeah, that was hers. Yeah, he had found her. No, she wasn't going to admit that maybe she had left it on purpose.
... Blueberry.
"And here I thought I had left it safe in the storage closet."
no subject
"Nnnno, it was hanging off of my desk chair. If I didn't know better, I'd assume you wanted to see my handsome face again."
no subject
"You keep telling yourself that, Oak. Maybe it will come true someday and you'll be the prettiest tree around."
no subject
"I've already been telling myself that my whole life-- I think I'm on my way."

Huh, there was a box in there. Probably full of gardening stuff.
But when did gardening stuff make beep boop vidya game noises?
Blue gave the box a look as she moved past it.]
!...

[The box scuttled to the left, colliding into the wall. Red really learned a lot from Boxes 101 as he didn't really stop playing his game as he moved. But he felt someone walking towards him and really did not want them tripping up on him.]

!
[There was a moment of contemplation before Blue followed the box and tentatively lifted it partially up.]

Brace yourself, then, for the thunderous whump of a fuckoff-huge orange dragon dropping out of the sky in front of you, wings proudly spread and teeth showing eagerly. Blue, where is your stupid lizard. Where. Look, Blue, he's a Charizard (a better one than your stupid lizard) and looking so large and impressive and cool. Are you impressed, Blue?
no subject
So she was only sort of surprised when Char dropped down in front of her. That was not her dragon. That was a different dragon. Really, Green's photos didn't do the beast much justice.
"Oh!" She exclaimed, a large smile leaping to her face as she stumbled a step back. Impressed indeed. "Look at you! Didn't you grow up handsome?"
no subject
His tail might have been wagging. Just a little. Only a little. And just because he was feeling very satisfied with himself. Certain unnamed stupid lizards belong to certain ladyfriends of Green's, eat your heart out.
The wings folded back, and Char settled back on his haunches. He curled his tail around himself (Look, Blue, isn't his flame big and bright? Not runty in the least.) and lowered that oh-so-majestic and proud neck a little, grumbling curiously at Blue. Well, what's the occasion? Missing Green? Hoping to see her stupid lizard get curbstomped by a vastly superior dragon?
no subject
She held her hand out, patiently waiting for an indication of acceptance from him before she made a move to pat his pretty neck like she wanted. His rules, not hers. She smiled.
"Just visiting. It's been a while, you know? It was awfully boring to head back to Kanto and find out the lot of you were kicking it somewhere else." She'd missed both boys, but she wasn't about to feed Green's ego anymore than she had vicariously through his dragon.

beep beep snap character party coming through
Oh, whoops, hold that thought. Lyra detects A NEW KID. She sits up immediately and waves Blue over.]
Heeey! Lady! S'cuse the interruption, but you look new. Are you a visitor?
yes good give them all to me
Blue was so busy cooing over the Feraligatr that it took her a moment to realize that there was a girl attached to it and said girl was waving her down. And calling her lady. Oh, gosh, she didn't look at old, did she? Wait maybe that was a good thing. Anyway.
She lifted a hand to return the greeting, trotting over to the both of them.]
Haha, is it that obvious? Yes, I'm here visiting some friends... Gosh, your Feraligatr is lovely.
i cannot resist the siren song of Blue /weeeep
Wow, thanks! Rui's a real cutie, huh? We... oh, wait, you know what a Feraligatr is?
[Seems like a really dumb question to ask, but not everyone at this school lives in a Pokemon world. So... odds are, this girl either comes from a Poke-region, or maybe has been living in FDC for a while.]
So... hey, are you trainer too?! [She's totally scoping out your hip for a telltale set of Pokeballs, Blue.]
BDDD
[Wear your cuties with pride, Rui. Blue was going to blink at the questions. Sure, they weren't in one of the regions at the moment, but... huh. It hadn't occurred to her that maybe some pokemon weren't a common thing. Must have been because of her visits with the boys.
Blue helpfully motioned towards the balls riding above her skirt.]
You bet! [And here was her hand. Let's shake, Lyra.] My name's Blue, from Kanto.

"Um...howdy, miss."

"Hello!" she greeted back cheerfully with a tip of her hat. "And hello to you," she continued to the dog.
no subject
Nephenee smiled at the cheerful greeting, and nodded back, "Ah'm Nephenee, miss, an' this is Daisy. Welcome to Smash Academy. Ya been here before?"
no subject
Blue very briefly noted the other girl's somewhat odd sounding name, and the presence of her accent. It was entirely unlike the ones she had heard around town. Someone else from somewhere not around here... though it was hard to truly pin that down, considering how many different kinds of people where around here.
She paused in the dog pets to hold her hand out towards her. "Nice to meet you, Nephenee. y name's Blue, and no. This is my first visit! Do you have any recommendations of places to check out?"

the slowest of slows.
Marie was out-of-the-way. Maybe nestled under a bench in the quad, or wandering one of the darker corners of the massive library. Or perhaps they'd cross paths somewhere else on campus, and Marie wouldn't notice her because, at his level, all he could see were ankles.
Just in time for phone typos.
The third time was when she stopped and took a seat on the opposite side of the bench he was chilling under. There was a little bit of a creak over head, and then what. What was that appearing in front of where a turtle head might appear from?
A wonderfully fragrant pecha berry, that was what.
no subject
Greedy turtle arms filled in their openings and reached out for the berry. Hesitantly, Marie drew his nose out. And then, slowly, the rest of his head. With wide eyes, he looked up at Blue.
Blink blink. Hello, Blue.
no subject
The female trainer quickly grinned, lifting a hand to wave at him a little.
"Good afternoon."
