[There is a blue haired kid wandering around the campus. His left arm looks a lot bigger and red than his right arm, but other than that he looks like a normal kid with a ladybug on his head.

At times, you see him stopping by a tree to paint something on its bark. He's obviously not a student at the school; he's not wearing the student uniform. Who is this kid? Care to approach?]
