Testing out a flaming chicken
[Should you happen to enter the stadium today, you may see a rather tall young woman training. She may either be preforming some warning exercises, running an obstacle course, beating the tar out of some training dummies, or simply practicing some sort of boxing and kick boxing combination with a large Sandbag. It's pretty obvious that she's been here for a few hours, judging by how tired she looks. It's pretty odd though that she'd spend all this time by herself with no one around, care to change that?]

Evve had made her way into the stadium at some point in the middle of her training to stretch along a long bench off in the distance and bask in the symphony of a pointless endeavor. She had been reading a book about assassinations and other various combats, so the escalation of grunts and any other noises subsequent to training had served as wonderful sound effects during fight scenes.
When the other finally came to a slow, noted by Evve as time progressed, she decided it might be worth saying something. ]
You're trying too hard, don't you think? [ She flipped a page in her book. ]

She had just bent down to pick up said sandbag and put it away when Evve spoke to her. Ondrea turned to face her and when she replied, her tone was even, though she did sound slightly annoyed.]
No, I do not. If I want to become stronger, I must train my body whenever I can. It's as simple as that.

What's the point? You're just going to get old and weak anyway and you'll have wasted all that time training. [ If Evve didn't say that with such apathy, one could argue she was a miserable old bat. ] Unless you plan to become one of those muscle grannies. [ What even. ]

[She picked up the sandbag and slung it over her shoulder, giving Evve a side-eye glance.]
All my work and training has kept me alive thus far. I have no reason to quit now.

[ Evve spared her a similar glance, but she still hadn't gotten around to sitting up. ]
Whatever are you training for? The possibility of being attacked?

[She pauses letting out a sigh.]
The strong live and the weak die, that's how the world works. Why would anyone want to be weak?
