Dry Toast
[The last thing Makoto Naegi expected was to wake up somewhere with no memory of how he arrived. Again. The first time had been at Hope's Peak Academy, and led to the worst time of his entire short life. But this time was with purpose.
His former classmates... Alive? Could it have been true? If it was, he had to know. He held on to that shred of hope, however small, that it was. After all, hope was the only thing he was really good at.
So while he awoke with no memory of how he got there, lying on the quad, it didn't matter. He was here, at Smash Academy. And he had some friends to find.]

Chihiro... You ARE alive...
[He smiled a bit. And then, almost without thinking, he added:]
You changed your hair.

[He smiled rather bashfully. It kind of seemed like a good idea at the time- No, it is still a good idea. It was partly to it that he felt more comfortable nowadays.]
A-anyhow! It's good to see you again, Naegi-kun. [He frowned.] Though, Ishimaru-kun didn't told you I was here when you first arrived in the school?

When I first arrived? You mean I've been here before? I can't remember... Did it happen again...?
no subject
[Aw geez, not this timey wamey again.]
Um... It's not because of her! But... This is kind of hard to explain... I was here since about October 2012, I was around for some time, but i had to leave about February 2013 for two months, only returning on July instead. Before I left, only Ishimaru-kun, Celes, and I were the ones from Hope's Peak. By the time I got back, there were more of us attending in Smash Academy, and Ishimaru-kun had informed me told me you were here at some point.
Basically- what I'm trying to say is that this school has some sort of strange... illogical property to it. Most rules of time and space doesn't really apply here.

I guess it's good that some of you remember and know what happened, but... Are you saying there's time travel involved here? That's a little hard to swallow.

But it's more than that. It's not just... pulling people from certain point of linear time, there are alternate timelines and not to mention alternate realities you could only imagine, Naegi-kun! It was like we came straight into a never-ending serial of Dr. Who.
[Cough. Being a bit too forward there, Chihiro.]
Erm... I'm going at to much aren't I? Sorry about that... I mean it, though. Murphy's Law, Newton's or any scientific law for that matter doesn't apply here.
no subject
But... Where are we? How did you get here?
wow i suck and had not realize that i typed in the series wrong
As for I got here, it's strange actually, I woke up with an acceptance letter. It was all a blur mostly, but I remember clearly that my parents had taken me here.
Re: wow i suck and had not realize that i typed in the series wrong
[He totally forgot that Chihiro wouldn't have known about that, considering he was dead by the time they learned about it themselves. But something else caught his attention, and he latched on to that quickly.]
Wait, you saw your parents?! They're okay?! But I thought everyone... [He still worried about his own parents and his sister... Were they okay? What happened to them? But hearing that Chihiro's parents were fine gave him hope, however slight, that they might have survived or escaped too.]

B-but... from what I could remember... I can promise you t-t-hat [He curled both his hands, trying to take control of his breath.] neither me or my parents shouldn't be alive.
[They should be dead. He should be dead. And yet, he had experience at least two temporal abnormalities even before properly attending this school]

[There are times where he wished he didn't remember any of that.]

[Now he felt bad. It was one thing to wave around his hope in the midst of despair, it was another to try and contradict someone's reality.]
But we can all work through it together! That's what friends are for!
