[Hopefully this fellow still had yet to acquire any heads with which to decorate his wall, which would make Pulse #1 on his list... assuming, of course, that he would allow himself to get caught. And Pulse already learned his lesson from the last guy: don't get too close. And seeing as how this guy was obviously bigger and badder than the last one, he's most likely going to be stronger and more resistant to voltage.

Shfff!! The little half-C-Life boy was suddenly standing about 10 feet to the right of where he had been standing before, out of the immediate path of the fairly large horned person's advance.

With his Lightning Dash, he had also accelerated his internal charge, which now extended outside of his body in visibly, audibly arcing bolts, also causing his eyes to glow red as the light flowed through his nervous system like fiber-optic cables.
