[Some weird-looking man has emerged from a janitor's closet like he has no clue what he's doing. This is the truth. High-traffic area or not, he stands in the middle of the hallway and taps ponderously at his chest.]

I can't say that my coffee warned me about anything like this. It doesn't look like Greenvale at all... Let's hope that George and Emily won't be too upset with us, Zach.

[He stops the obnoxious tapping and puts a cigarette in his mouth. BUT NEVER FEAR: Before he lights up he spots a nearby NO SMOKING sign, sighs, and puts it back in his pocket. There's a very long pause before he speaks again.]

Well, you and I both know what comes first on the agenda. How good do you suppose the coffee here is?

[Who's Zach and why does this freak keep talking to himself? Somebody help]
